Senior Survey Technician

The successful candidate will work with and support an experienced survey team assisting in the preparation of construction stakeout computations, stakeout diagrams, cut sheets, boundary and ALTA Land Title Surveys, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, record plats, easement plats and legal descriptions.

Daily tasks will include survey computations for construction stakeout, boundary and topographic surveys, scheduling and communicating workload status, AutoCAD layout and drafting and research of land records.

Qualifications

• strong AutoCAD drafting and computing skills
• high school diploma or GED
• minimum five (5) years of experience
• ability to communicate effectively & add value to a fast-paced team
• handle multiple tasks simultaneously & work independently
• Must be dependable
• possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Civil Site Engineer

The successful candidate will have three (3) or more years of experience in civil site engineering preferably in Prince George’s County, Maryland.  Typical projects include residential and commercial site plans.  Experience with design and plan preparation for site layout, roads, grading, water/sanitary/storm drain facilities is required.  Work includes the preparation of concept, preliminary and final plans.

Qualifications

• have strong AutoCAD drafting and computing skills
• high school diploma or GED is required
• a degree in civil engineering or related field is preferred, but not required
• minimum three years of experience in land development projects
• ability to communicate effectively and add value to a fast-paced team
• handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
• must be dependable
