Fire Investigator/Forensic Engineer
The successful candidate will have five (5) or more years of experience in fire investigations including determination of origin and causation of structure and automobile fires. Assess causes of fires by conducting site visits and applying applicable scientific principles and practices in accordance with industry standards.
Senior Survey Technician
The successful candidate will work with and support an experienced survey team assisting in the preparation of construction stakeout computations, stakeout diagrams, cut sheets, boundary and ALTA Land Title Surveys, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, record plats, easement plats and legal descriptions.
Daily tasks will include survey computations for construction stakeout, boundary and topographic surveys, scheduling and communicating workload status, AutoCAD layout and drafting and research of land records.
Civil Site Engineer
The successful candidate will have three (3) or more years of experience in civil site engineering preferably in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Typical projects include residential and commercial site plans. Experience with design and plan preparation for site layout, roads, grading, water/sanitary/storm drain facilities is required. Work includes the preparation of concept, preliminary and final plans.
